Deity Connect

Finally a professional 2.4Ghz wireless system

Deity Connect is the 2.4Ghz wireless system you’ve always wanted. No longer do you have to worry about the hassles of UHF to get pro-level features like input gain, low cut, analog limiter, balanced outputs, and an OLED menu.

Broadcast Quality Sound

We wanted to create a transmitter that would be truly unique and different. Its compact form factor makes it perfect for hiding under outfits. With a run time of 10hrs @ 100mw and a recharge time of less than an hour, the BP-TX is ready for a full workday.
BP-TX Features:
  • Multiple RF Outputs (10mw, 25mw, 50mw, 100mw, AUTO)
  • Guard Rail Limiter
  • 75Hz and 150Hz Low Cut Filters

  • Assign User ID’s to each transmitter
  • 1″ OLED display
  • Screen and button lock
  • 24bit/48Khz
  • Uses Standard Locking 3.5mm lavaliers

A Dual Receiver Like No Other

We dreamed of creating a wireless microphone system that solved everyday problems. We wanted to solve problems like sound checks, adjustments, ergonomics, weight, and single-use battery e-waste.
The DUO-RX features:
  • Twin True Diversity antenna arrays for a Quad Antenna setup
  • Internal 10hr Lithium battery
  • USB-C rechargeable
  • Dual Isolated Channels
  • Sound Bag / DSLR friendly ergonomics
  • Weighs about the same as a smartphone
  • Remote controls every audio adjustment on each transmitter
  • Dual SMA elbow antennas
  • Three Output Modes (XLR, DSLR, and Stereo)
  • 1″ OLED Screen
  • Updatable Firmware
  • Home screen displays the transmitter’s battery life
  • Live VU meter monitoring
  • Output B can be turned into a headphone jack
  • Separate 1/4″ and 3/8″ mounting points underneath

Q) My screen went black and the buttons seemed to stop working, what should I do?

A) Sounds like your screen lock has engaged. Press and hold the Up & Down buttons at the same time for 3 seconds and your screen will turn back on and your buttons will work again. You may want to change your screen lock timer to a longer setting if you find that your screen is locking you out too quickly. Don’t forget you can make changes to your TX units via the RX menu.

Q) My lavalier sounds muffled and muddy, how can I make it sound crisp and brighter?

A) Add some High-Frequency Boost in the TX menu to increase the high frequency making it sound brighter and more clear.

Q) My Deity Connect is not updating.

A) Make sure you are using a USB drive that is formatted for FAT32. Also insert your drive after you’ve entered the update menu but before you upload the update file. Make sure you have placed the .bin files on the root of the USB drive.

Q) I am getting interference in my lavalier, what can I do to prevent this?

A) Some brands of lavaliers do not recommend using their lavaliers with 100% digital systems like the Deity Connect or the Sennheiser AVX. This is due to their lavaliers’ lack of shielding in the cable. You can either reduce the RF Power on your TX to see if this helps reduce the interference noise or change to a lavalier that was designed for use with a digital wireless system.

Q) My Deity Connect seems to have a lot of dropouts at close range. How can I improve my range?

A) Make sure your antennae are screwed all the way on. Try to make sure the bend of the transmitter’s antenna is away from the human body – this alone will increase the efficiency of the transmitter by another 25%. Also make sure you are not standing within 5 meters of the WiFi router – a lot of WiFi routers have bad RF spray that affects all of the 2.4GHz channels. Keep your cell phone away from your BP-TX, it will affect your signal range. Lastly make sure you don’t use the same USER ID on more than one BP-TX. The USER ID is used to encrypt and decode your signals and having multiple units with the same USER ID will confuse your receiver’s ability to decode the signal.

Q) My Deity Connect system works fine but when I turn on my second kit I notice I get tons of dropouts.

A) Make sure when you are using transmitters that are paired to different receivers that you use the USB-C Master Slave Sync cable. Plug in the USB-C Master Slave Sync cable to both receivers to sync them up. This will help prevent your transmitters from hopping to the same frequency at the same time.
